3. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Authenticating your account identity safely via OAuth 2.0.
• Providing instant access to purchased software source code and learning modules.
• Generating verified academic project receipts and achievement credentials.
• Communicating order status updates, project requirement follow-ups, and technical support.
• Preventing unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, and security breaches.

5. Terms of Service & Licensing

By accessing marketplace projects or educational source code on Terniqs Academy, you agree to the following usage terms:

• Project License: Unlocked marketplace source code is licensed for personal academic research, learning, and educational presentation.
• Prohibited Resale: Reselling, redistributing, or publicly hosting purchased project packages for commercial distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Account Accountability: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and activity under your account.

6. Data Retention & Right to Erasure

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and applicable data privacy regulations, you have the right to request access to your data or request complete account erasure.

If your account is deactivated by an administrator or if you wish to request permanent erasure of your personal data, please contact us. Upon verified request, all personally identifiable information (email, name, phone, avatar) will be permanently anonymized or deleted from our active databases.
